Meditation is a mind-quieting session that can be done alone or in a group. Jill leads you by giving you specific instructions on relaxing your mind and body. We also practice deep breathing together, which gets oxygen to our muscles and organs allowing our bodies to function better. Meditation not only helps during the guided sessions, but gives you a relaxation tool to use when you experience stressful situations between sessions. Group Meditation sessions are done by request. Group meditation sessions can be done on-site at your office as part of your company’s wellness initiative. You may also attend one of the 30-minute classes at Serenity Massage for $5/person.
